AI that reaches production.

4 services, 1 team. The people on your first call design the system, build it and, if you want, keep running it after launch.

AI agents & automation

Agents for the work nobody wants to do twice.

  • An agent reads the incoming invoice, purchase order or email, updates the record in your CRM or ERP, and reports back in the channel your team already watches.
  • Every action is logged with the reasoning behind it, so a manager or an auditor can see why a record changed.
  • Approvals stay with a person for anything with money or a customer attached. The agent's blast radius is set in advance and kept small.

Customer-facing AI

An assistant that knows where the order is.

  • Support and sales assistants on WhatsApp, web and voice, answering from your order system, booking calendar and policies rather than a canned script.
  • Each answer cites where it came from. When the assistant is unsure, or the customer is upset, the conversation moves to a person with the history attached.
  • Arabic and English in the same queue, including messages that switch between the two mid-sentence.
Typical shapes
WhatsApp support & sales · Booking & order status · Lead qualification

Custom AI products

Whole products, from model to billing.

  • The web or mobile app, the accounts and billing, the admin dashboard and the infrastructure underneath it.
  • The same team builds the model work and the product around it, so a change to one does not wait on a ticket to the other.
  • We have done it for ourselves. DialogSignal is our product, with real users, in early access today.

AI strategy

A second opinion before you spend.

  • A fixed-scope review of 1 operation. We look at the data you hold, the steps that repeat, and the ones a person must keep.
  • Written findings, with a recommendation on what to build first and what to skip. You can act on them with or without us.
  • The data boundary and the vendor choice are covered, so you are not deciding those under pressure later.
Typical shapes
Readiness review · Use-case prioritisation · Architecture review

Your client, your brand, our build.

We work white-label with agencies and consultancies that sell AI work and would rather not hire for it. Your name goes on the deliverable. We sign an NDA first, and we join your client calls when you want an engineer in the room.

Talk about a partnership
  • NDA as standard
  • White-label deliverables
  • Senior engineers on your calls
  • Fixed fees you can mark up

Questions we get asked first.

What do you actually build?

4 kinds of work: agents and automation, customer-facing assistants, whole AI products, and strategy reviews. There is no platform to buy. We build on whatever you already run.

Which AI models do you use?

It depends on the job. We use Claude, OpenAI, Gemini and open-source models, and pick per task on accuracy, cost, and where your data is allowed to go. Some work should never leave your own servers, and that settles it.

Who owns the code and data?

You do. Source code and IP are assigned to you at handover. Your data stays in your systems, and we agree where the boundary sits before anyone writes code.

How long does a build take?

Most builds are measured in weeks. You get a fixed timeline in the written scope, and you see a demo every week until launch.

How do you price?

A fixed fee, agreed after the scoping call. We don't bill by the hour, so you know the number before we start.

Do we need AI engineers in-house afterwards?

No. We document the system and train whoever will look after it. If you would rather not look after it at all, we run it for you on a monthly basis.

Can you work inside our existing tools?

Yes, and we prefer to. WhatsApp Business, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, your ERP, a database somebody built in 2014. We connect to what is there rather than ask you to move.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes, white-label and under NDA. Your name is on the deliverable, and one of us joins your client call when you need an engineer in the room.

Bring us one real problem.

A 30-minute call, then a written scope inside the week. If we think AI is the wrong tool for the problem, the scope says so.
