Context
Across the Gulf, a lot of business is done in WhatsApp groups. A decision gets made in a thread on Tuesday and is lost by Thursday. Every tool built to fix this asked people to leave the app they use all day.
Challenge
Build a system that reads exported chats, extracts what matters, and can prove every claim, in Arabic and English, without connecting to anyone's WhatsApp account.
What we built
A web application that links each extracted decision, task and sentiment signal back to its source messages, in Arabic and English. Data custody, an audit trail and export-or-delete flows were in the first version rather than on the roadmap.
Result
Live in early access. Every answer carries its citation, and a customer can start from a chat export without giving anyone access to their WhatsApp account.
